Today I wanted to take the time to share some information that many of us are unaware of. I know I was until a few days ago. Cosmetics… this does not mean just make up. Cosmetics are considered anything we put on-soap, hair care, nail polish and the obvious make up… so men and babies use these products too. The cosmetic industry actually has no regulations for what is considered safe and they do not have to recall anything that is harmful. This is crazy! As you know I am pretty passionate about making green changes, so of course this issue really bothers me. I believe that we are all given our passions for a reason and are meant to do something about them. I wanted to share this with you all today to spark some interest in some of you. Change must start somewhere.
